Just for fun, I have noted below
some of the many extreme, or what
I would consider "hype" claims that I've run across in
my research.
I'd certainly LIKE to believe these claims, and I WISH they were
true ...
but I certainly DON'T believe these claims
... and I suggest that
you not believe them, either.
Are Panic and Anxiety Disorders really
treatable. Definitely Yes.
And you can realistically expect that understanding and
treating them may take longer than 5 minutes. (!)
